• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• An adult 21 years or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Valid photo identification will be required at the time of delivery.

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, order size, and carrier rates. These costs will be displayed at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Refund and Return Policy for Alcohol Sales

• We do accept returns of unopened alcoholic beverages. Returns must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense and must be securely packaged to prevent any damage or breakage during transit. Customers are liable for any damages or breakages that occur while the return is in transit.

Compliance with Alcohol Laws

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• Orders are subject to state and federal alcohol regulations. If we cannot ship to your location due to legal restrictions, you will be notified and refunded.
