The Tasting Room

Indoor/Outdoor wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, engagement parties

Picture this…the romantic glow of the fireplace, breathtaking centerpieces on beautifully set tables, and your family and friends sitting all around you.  Our elegant Hill Country inspired Tasting Room is the perfect space for your wedding, reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower or engagement party. This special room includes a beautiful modern limestone fireplace, a catering kitchen and bar, two overhead televisions (where your personal videos may be displayed) views into our Bottling Room (with an option to cover them), large outdoor windows framing Toddy Oaks’ Green and covered patio (with large overhead fans) immediately outside the Tasting Room doors (propped open, these doors extend your party onto the patio with additional tables and seating).

The Sunset Bar

Rustic Romantic Bar & Seating

A more casual, informal atmosphere, this rustic indoor bar with ceiling fans is the perfect place for a relaxing occasion with overhead TVs, an old-fashioned bar, wooden ceiling rafters and charming décor. Our Sunset Bar’s Texas country atmosphere serves as the perfect space to extend your wedding, add video screens and games for children, offer buffets, catering, use as an additional bar to serve your special drinks or extend your view of the outdoor stage, Green area, deck and Grand Oak Bar. Two overhead doors open directly onto the deck and lawn, creating the perfect flow between indoors and outdoors.

The Patio Room

Situated directly on Toddy Oaks’ huge, beautiful wooden deck, our light and airy Patio Room affords many opportunities for your special event. It may serve as your perfect entry (with direct street access) for guests to come in, sign your guest book, and emerge through the set of French doors directly onto Toddy Oaks’ enormous wooden deck or it may be displayed as an intimate and  charming setting for Bridal Showers, Teas, and Buffets or to expand your party from the deck into the Patio Room for additional indoor air-conditioned seating.

Enclosed, air-conditioned lobby with a large semi-circular desk that doubles as a bar, large windows with view of the Grand Oak Tree and Deck and a staircase to the second floor that may be used for photo opportunities.

The Grand Oaks Suite

The Groom's Suite

This private suite has been designed to please any groom and his groomsmen with two bars (one built-in black granite along one wall and the other free-standing with four barstools), plus a large flat screen TV and poker table with the men’s private dressing room and toilet right next to it.  This room also has private access to the balcony running ¾ of the length of the building overlooking our Sunset Bar, Toddy Oaks’ Green, Stage, Deck, Patio Room and Grand Oak Bar.

The Bridal Suite

Designed to create an elegant atmosphere for the Bride and her wedding party, our Bridal Suite offers many areas for relaxation, preparation and opportunities for photography.  Calming colors have been chosen to offer a neutral backdrop for photos of the Bride, her bridesmaids, friends or family members. Beautiful furnishings include special touches such as an antique swan table, a black granite bar along one wall (perfect for makeup and/or buffet), comfortable seating and a unique hook on the wall to display your wedding gown.  This suite also includes a private balcony for the Bride and her party overlooking the entire property plus an oversized dressing room directly adjacent to it containing a wall-length black granite makeup counter and mirror, including a large private toilet.
