  1. Alcohol Sales: Our website offers alcoholic beverages for sale. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
  2. Event Tickets: We also sell tickets to events. Please review the specific terms and conditions related to event ticket purchases, including refund and cancellation policies, provided during the checkout process.

Toddy Oaks Bar & Events Policies

1. General Policies

  1. No Smoking Allowed on Premises.
  2. No outside beverages of any kind are permitted on the property.
  3. No outside food is allowed on the property other than catered events.
  4. Please note that we do not allow minors or children in our venue after 6 p.m. (unless they are part of a reserved private party; our child policies must also be maintained in private parties), and all patrons must be at least 21 years of age.

2. Chair policy

  1. In order to maintain the safety and inventory needed for each event at Toddy Oaks, outside chairs are not allowed to be brought in by the public.  

3. Children

  1. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  2. Children are not allowed in the bars.
  3. Children are allowed until 6pm unless you have booked a private party.
  4. No balls or any flying objects are allowed.
  5. Children are not allowed to climb on Toddy Oaks property.
  6. Toddy Oaks reserves the right to allow children on a case by case basis.  

4. Pets

  1. Pets must be accompanied by their owners at all times.
  2. All well-behaved dogs are welcome on a non-retractable leash at all times or on a locked 6′ maximum lead.
  3. Pet owners assume full responsibility for their pets. 
  4. Dogs must be current on Rabies vaccines
  5. Toddy Oaks reserves the right to eject any aggressive or obviously ill animal.
  6. Owners must clean up after their pets.

Event Ticket Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read the following refund and cancellation policy carefully:

1. Ticket Refunds

  1. General Policy: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.
  2. Event Cancellation: In the event that Toddy Inc. cancels the event for any reason, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed automatically, and ticket holders will be notified via email.

2. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

  1. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined below.
  2. Refund Eligibility: If the event is postponed or rescheduled to a date that you are unable to attend, you may request a refund by contacting our customer support within a specified timeframe. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines:
    1. If the request is made within 2 days prior to the original event date, a full refund of the ticket price will be provided.
    2. If the request is made after the specified timeframe or once the rescheduled event has taken place, no refund will be provided.

3. Event Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

  1. In certain cases, events may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, Toddy Inc. will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative options, including rescheduling or refunding the ticket price. However, Toddy Inc. shall not be held liable for any other costs, damages, or expenses incurred by ticket holders as a result of the event cancellation or rescheduling.

4. Ticket Transfer and Name Changes

  1. Tickets are generally non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match the attendee’s identification.
  2. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, subject to Toddy Inc.’s approval. Please contact our customer support for any transfer or name change requests.
