We have an onsite coordinator who loves to work with you to create the event of your dreams, taking stress away from all of your decisions with expert advice and service, and offering solutions to any questions you may have. The Venue
The Tasting Room
Indoor/Outdoor wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, engagement parties
Elegant, Hill-Country inspired Tasting Room (with A/C and Heating) is the perfect space for your wedding, reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower or engagement party. This special room has a capacity for 100 guests seated for ceremony (with center aisle) or seating up to 60 for Banquets. Amenities include a beautiful modern limestone fireplace, catering kitchen and black granite bar, two overhead televisions (where your personal videos may be displayed), surround sound, views into our Bottling Room (with an option to cover them) plus floor to ceiling windows framing Toddy Oaks’ outdoor Green area. Covered walkway with large overhead fans immediately outside the Tasting Room may also be set up for additional seating or serving areas. A fireplace and outside patio make this an every season option.
The Sunset Bar
Rustic Romantic Bar & Seating
Rustic, yet Romantic, our indoor/outdoor bar has stunning views looking west across our property to the amazing sunsets behind our Grand Oak Tree. Large overhead garage doors open directly onto the walkways to the deck and stage areas. The ceiling is built with wooden beams, barn-style doors, images of Texas and our Company’s, Toddy Blends’, Devil’s Fire Cinnamon Bourbon Whiskey, add to its simple, Texas-chic. Our house-made Beers are on Tap behind the main bar with two smaller bars flanking it on either side, offering many choices of seating and tables. Toddy Oaks offers a small, but delicious menu from our kitchen for different events.
The Patio Room
Special events, buffets, extended air-conditioned seating
Situated directly on Toddy Oaks’ enormous beautiful wooden deck, our light and airy Patio Room affords many opportunities for your special event. This charming room may be set up as an additional bar for cocktails, a reception area for guests to sign in, displays, Showers, Teas, Buffets or as an additional area for indoor seating with A/C and Heating.
Deck & Stage
Outdoor and indoor bars, stage, deck, and green area
Huge outdoor wooden deck with large Covered Stage on the East End, Patio Room (with A/C & Heating) in the center and the west end is covered with shading by our enormous ancient Grand Oak Tree (TVs may be mounted on the Tree for viewing). Additionally, a Bar may be set up in front of the tree or arches for wedding ceremonies. Reserve the entire deck for your party or split it into sections, depending on the size of your event. Incredible photo opportunities abound around this beautiful tree, including the Bride and Groom’s departures with sparklers.
The Grand Oaks Suite
The Groom's Suite
This private suite has been designed to please any groom and his groomsmen with two bars (one built-in black granite along one wall and the other free-standing with four barstools), plus a large flat screen TV and poker table with the men’s private dressing room and toilet right next to it. This room also has private access to the balcony running ¾ of the length of the building overlooking our Sunset Bar, Toddy Oaks’ Green, Stage, Deck, Patio Room and Grand Oak Bar.
The Toddy Oaks Suite
The Bridal Suite
Stylish and graceful, this Suite has been reserved for intimate Meetings, Showers and Bridal Parties and is decorated in refined, neutral tones, offering many choices for seating and dining. It includes a beautiful small dining table, black granite bar area with sink, television and has its own private balcony with outdoor tables and seating (with views of the outdoor stage, deck and green areas). An additional luxurious Dressing/Toiletry Area is directly next to this Suite.
The Toddy Oaks Lobby
Often described as having a spa atmosphere, our Lobby (with A/C and Heating) offers additional options for seating, with an additional television, beautiful windows, reception area to sign in, additional cocktail bar, or as another staging area for bride and groom portraits on our inside stairs.
