The Sunset Bar/Taproom

Rustic, yet Romantic, this bar has been named The Sunset Bar because it has large garage doors that open up to the west, allowing patrons to view beautiful sunsets, plus our Stage, Deck, Grand Oak Bar and Green areas.  Large wood beams and barn-style doors, plus ceiling fans and a large bar and buffet area create a casual, relaxed atmosphere for all guests.

The Patio Room

Air-conditioned, enclosed light-filled room with double-door entry from Franz Road on Toddy Oaks Large Patio with many views onto the Patio and Stage plus French doors that may be opened to extend a party onto the deck or the party from the Deck into the Patio Room.

The Toddy Oaks Lobby

Enclosed, air-conditioned lobby with a large semi-circular desk that doubles as a bar, large windows with view of the Grand Oak Tree and Deck and a staircase to the second floor that may be used for photo opportunities.

The Grand Oaks Suite

Perfect for Corporate Events, this Suite on our second floor is large, indoor, air-conditioned, and heated with two bar areas, a conference table or poker table (your choice) with two glass French doors that may be opened to extend your party or meeting to a huge covered balcony that extends from the suite down the rest of the building and overlooks the entire property, including a great view of our outdoor stage.  This room also includes a large television that may be used for presentations or videos.  Two large men’s and women’s private dressing rooms/toilets are next to the two upstairs Suites.

The Toddy Oaks Suite has been designed to create a quiet, relaxed ambiance. Perfect for a Bride and her Bridal Party before the ceremony. This suite has been decorated and designed with photo opportunities in mind for the Bride and her guests.  It offers comfortable, yet elegant seating and its own private outdoor covered balcony accessible through double glass French doors. A black, granite bar extends the length of one wall (along with a small sink) for catering and/or cocktails, with a large television mounted above it.  A dressing room and large private toilet is situated next to the suite and has been enhanced with its own beautiful décor to present an atmosphere of luxury for your own special day.
